The New Focus 1544 is a DC-coupled photoreceiver module that converts optical signals to electronic signals across the 800–1650 nm band. Built around an InGaAs PIN photodiode, it delivers 12 GHz bandwidth with 32 ps rise time, making it ideal for high-speed optical characterization and signal detection in laser and fiber-optic systems.
