The Newport SR-170-CF is a high-resolution optical spectrum analyzer built around a non-confocal SuperCavity Fabry-Perot interferometer for precise spectral characterization of lasers and narrowband light sources. Operating across the 1520–1580 nm window with a 6 GHz spectral range, this instrument delivers the linewidth resolution required for laser diagnostics, cavity stabilization, optical filtering, and advanced spectroscopy. Light couples into the analyzer via a fiber optic input adaptor. The 25 mm cavity length enables the performance density needed in demanding metrology environments.
