The North Atlantic 540/20 is a precision Synchro/Resolver Bridge for direct measurement of electrical shaft position in synchro and resolver devices. Operating at 400 Hz with reduced accuracy to 5 kHz, this instrument delivers 2 arc-seconds accuracy at its design frequency and 0.0001° resolution across the full 0–360° angular range. The bridge accepts standard line-to-line input levels of 11.8, 26, 90, and 115 Vrms and provides isolated null outputs in either Synchro or Resolver mode, making it suitable for aerospace, military, and industrial control systems that demand high-precision angular feedback.
