The OMRON E5AX-A-F is a 1/4 DIN temperature controller engineered for precise thermal regulation across industrial heating and cooling applications. It delivers PID control with automatic tuning of control constants, dual 4-digit LED displays for process and setpoint values, and flexible input compatibility with thermocouples (R/S/K/J/T/E/B/N/L/U) and platinum resistance thermometers (Pt100/JPt100). This model operates without onboard communications; interchangeable communication boards supporting RS-232C, RS-422, RS-485, and BCD protocols are available as optional upgrades for the E5AX series.
