The PerkinElmer RL1210LGQ-711 is a monolithic linear photodiode array integrating photodiodes, MOS switches, and shift register scanning circuitry on a single substrate. Engineered for UV to near-infrared spectroscopy and optical sensing, it delivers high sensitivity across the 300–1000 nm range with excellent dynamic range, low dark current, and minimal switching noise. Self-scanning architecture eliminates external multiplexing complexity, making it ideal for embedded analytical and spectroscopic instruments.
