The D310RH02X-6 PTS D310 is a dual-channel frequency synthesizer delivering precise, programmable signal generation across 0.1 MHz to 310 MHz per channel. Each output channel operates independently with 0.1 Hz frequency resolution and exceptional phase noise performance, making it suitable for communications, spectrum analysis, surveillance, radar, and automatic test equipment. The instrument accepts either an internal frequency standard (OCXO or TCXO) or external 5.0/10.0 MHz reference, providing output levels from +3 dBm to +13 dBm into 50 ohms with ±0.5 dB flatness.
