The Qualmark OVS-2.5 is a HALT/HASS environmental test chamber that combines OmniAxial vibration with rapid thermal cycling to accelerate product failure discovery. It simultaneously subjects test articles to temperature extremes and multi-axis vibration, identifying failure-prone components and assemblies in a single integrated platform. The system features an 8-actuator vibration table, xLF vibration technology, and an UltraRate thermal system capable of achieving temperature ramp rates up to 100°C/min across a -100°C to +200°C range.
