The Qualmark OVS-2 is an Overdrive Vibration System that augments HALT/HASS chambers with six degrees of freedom (6DoF) repetitive-shock vibration across a 10 Hz to 10,000 Hz frequency range. It combines synchronized thermal cycling from −70°C to +130°C (with extended options to +250°C) and simultaneous high-level vibration to accelerate identification of design flaws and failure modes in product qualification testing.
