The Rigol DS8104-R is a 1U rack-mountable digital oscilloscope engineered for research, automation, and integrated test systems. This headless instrument delivers 1 GHz analog bandwidth across 4 channels with a maximum real-time sample rate of 10 GSa/s (2.5 GSa/s with all channels enabled) and 500 Mpts memory depth. Waveform capture rates exceed 600,000 wfms/s, enabling rapid signal acquisition and analysis.
Designed on Rigol’s UltraVision II platform with the proprietary Phoenix ASIC chipset, the DS8104-R combines a digital oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, 6-digit counter, and digital voltmeter in a space-efficient form factor measuring 214 mm × 43 mm × 478 mm and weighing 3.6 kg. Control and monitoring occur via external display through web browser, PC, or connected peripherals over standard interfaces: USB Host/Device, LAN (LXI), HDMI 1.4b, and 10 MHz clock I/O.
