The Rigol DSG3060 with IQ is an RF signal generator delivering precision signal generation from 100 kHz to 6.0 GHz. Built for R&D, manufacturing, and field test environments, it combines analog and digital modulation with integrated IQ capabilities up to 150 MHz bandwidth. The instrument generates standard digital formats including BPSK, QPSK, 8PSK, QAM, and FSK, supported by an internal arbitrary waveform generator for custom IQ streams. Output power spans -120 dBm to +13 dBm into 50 Ω with ±0.5 dB accuracy at 1 GHz. Frequency stability of ±0.1 ppm over 1 hour ensures repeatable measurements. Phase noise measures <-110 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz, 10 kHz offset. Harmonic distortion and spurious output both track <-35 dBc and <-60 dBc respectively above 0 dBm.
