The Rigol RSA5065N-OCXO is a 6.5 GHz real-time spectrum analyzer combining swept and real-time analysis modes with fast 7.45 µs probability of intercept across 40 MHz bandwidth. An integrated oven-controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) delivers exceptional frequency stability: <0.1 ppm initial calibration accuracy, <0.005 ppm temperature stability, and <0.03 ppm/year aging. The instrument integrates vector network analysis (VNA), tracking generator, and optional vector signal analysis and EMI pre-compliance capabilities, making it suitable for RF component characterization, communications system debugging, network optimization, and EMI testing.
