The Rohde & Schwarz NRP-Z22 is a three-path diode power sensor engineered for precision power measurements across a 90 dB dynamic range from 2 nW to 2 W. Operating from 10 MHz to 18 GHz, this sensor delivers fast, accurate measurements of both CW and modulated signals with total uncertainty better than 0.2 dB up to 3.6 GHz and 0.3 dB up to 8 GHz. The three-path diode architecture minimizes harmonic sensitivity and ensures reliable inter-range performance in research, development, and production environments.
