The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZPR20 is a 2 GHz active power rail probe engineered for high-accuracy measurements on low-voltage power rails. It combines low noise and high bandwidth to enable detailed power integrity analysis, debugging, and characterization across complex electronic designs. The 1:1 attenuation ratio delivers high sensitivity for precise measurement of small ripple and noise signals superimposed on DC rails. An integrated high-precision DC voltmeter with 0.1% accuracy enables simultaneous DC component measurement without additional instrumentation. The probe’s ±60 V DC offset compensation range accommodates diverse power supply voltages, while its 50 kΩ input impedance minimizes loading effects on the power distribution network.
