The Rohde & Schwarz RT-ZPR40 is an active power rail probe designed for precision power integrity measurements across DC to 4.0 GHz bandwidth. It delivers high-fidelity capture of fast transient events and high-frequency noise on power rails while maintaining very low added noise—only 10% above oscilloscope baseline. The 1:1 attenuation ratio and 50 kΩ input impedance minimize circuit loading while accommodating DC offset voltages up to ±60 V. Signal handling capacity reaches ±0.85 V with offset compensation to ±60 V, supporting non-destructive inputs to ±60 V DC or ±5 V AC peak.
