It delivers output power from -140 dBm to +19 dBm (expandable to +25 dBm with option SMY-B40) with 1 Hz frequency resolution and level accuracy better than ±1 dB below 1.04 GHz. The instrument supports AM, FM, phase modulation, and pulse modulation with a modulation generator operating 1 Hz to 500 kHz. SSB phase noise measures <-114 dBc at 1 GHz (Δf = 20 kHz), ensuring excellent spectral purity for demanding test applications. Remote control via IEC/IEEE 488 bus and onboard nonvolatile memory for 100 front-panel setups enable flexible laboratory and production integration.
