Operating from 100 kHz to 26.5 GHz, this instrument eliminates the signal losses inherent in switch matrix architectures, providing superior dynamic range, output power stability, and trace noise performance. Each port features its own reflectometer, enabling simultaneous phase-coherent measurements across all channels without cross-talk or switching artifacts.

Designed for RF component characterization, module development, and production testing, the ZNBT26 supports complex multiport analysis with over 100 traces and channels. Frequency-converting capabilities enable harmonic, intermodulation, and conversion loss measurements using independent synthesizers. Full integration with embedding/deembedding tools streamlines fixture and PCB deembedding workflows, while electronic step attenuators enhance receiver power handling to reduce external component requirements.
