This benchtop instrument combines VNA, spectrum analyzer, and power meter capabilities in a single Windows 10–based platform, delivering dynamic range exceeding 120 dB (typically >130 dB) with trace noise typically below 0.001 dB. The ZNL20 measures S-parameters, impedance (Z), admittance (Y), stability factors, and wave ratios with 1 Hz frequency resolution and 0.01 dB amplitude resolution across a configurable IF bandwidth of 1 Hz to 500 kHz.
