The Swagelok 316 QC4 is a quick-connect fitting engineered for reliable, tool-free connection and disconnection of fluid lines in industrial and laboratory systems. Constructed from 316 stainless steel with fluorocarbon FKM o-rings, it delivers corrosion resistance and durability across demanding applications. The push-to-connect mechanism enables frequent line changes while minimizing air inclusion and spillage. Available in single-end shutoff (SESO), double-end shutoff (DESO), and full-flow configurations, the QC4 accommodates 1/8 in. and 1/4 in. connection sizes with multiple end types including Swagelok tube fittings, NPT threads, and 4PM connections.
