– Operating Conditions & Limitations
Avoid frequent input on/off cycling due to surge current stress. Input wiring must connect to correct terminals to prevent damage. Operation outside specified input voltage, output current, ambient temperature, and humidity ranges may cause product failure. Do not operate or store in condensation-prone environments without waterproof treatment. Environments with strong electromagnetic fields, corrosive gases, or conductive substances are unsuitable. For mission-critical applications (nuclear, medical, traffic control), implement fail-safe mechanisms in end equipment. Do not inject abnormal voltages into output or signal lines.
– Compatibility & Integration
Parallel backup operation requires output voltage adjustment to compensate for blocking diode forward voltage drop (VF), with each supply adjusted to identical output voltage. All supplies must remain within rated output voltage and power specifications. Blocking diodes must have current ratings exceeding maximum load current to prevent reverse current flow.
