The Tektronix 80C07B is an optical sampling module designed for multirate analysis of high-speed optical communication signals. It integrates an amplified optical-to-electrical converter to deliver excellent signal-to-noise performance on low-power optical signals. The module supports NRZ and PAM4 modulation across datacom and telecom data rates, with optional clock recovery at standard and user-defined rates. A built-in variable optical attenuator optimizes dynamic range across a broad wavelength span.
