The Tektronix 80C12 Optical Sampling Module extends oscilloscope capabilities into the optical domain, enabling high-bandwidth optical signal acquisition and analysis for optical component and system characterization. This module integrates with Tektronix sampling oscilloscopes, such as the DSA8300 series, to deliver optical signal integrity testing across telecom and datacom standards.
