The Tektronix BSX125 BERTScope is a protocol-aware Bit Error Ratio Analyzer designed for characterization and validation of high-speed digital communication systems up to 12.5 Gb/s. It delivers BER measurement capability to 1×10⁻¹² and supports interactive link training, FEC emulation, and patented Error Location Analysis™ for deterministic error identification across PCIe, SAS, USB3.1, and proprietary standards.
