The Tektronix BSX240 BERTScope is a protocol-aware Bit Error Ratio Analyzer designed for validation and characterization of high-speed serial communication systems. Operating from 1 Gb/s to 24 Gb/s, it delivers direct BER measurement, advanced jitter decomposition, and protocol-aware pattern generation with stimulus-response feedback. The instrument supports PCIe, SAS, USB3.1, and other serial standards, enabling rapid debugging of physical layer issues and link training across Gen4 and emerging architectures.
