The Tektronix DPO4054B is a 500 MHz, four-channel digital phosphor oscilloscope engineered for signal analysis, debugging, and characterization in embedded systems, telecommunications, and power electronics. It captures waveforms at 5 GS/s across all channels simultaneously with 12-bit ADC resolution and up to 100,000 wfms/s acquisition rate. Digital phosphor technology renders signal intensity grading to reveal glitches, anomalies, and rare events missed by conventional oscilloscopes.
