This instrument combines high sampling capability—up to 40 GS/s on a single channel—with flexible record lengths reaching 500 Mpts (optional) to preserve signal detail across extended time windows. The 12.1-inch XGA color touchscreen with intensity-graded and color-graded digital phosphor display renders waveforms with exceptional clarity, while the 8-bit vertical resolution (expandable to 11-bit via high-resolution mode) ensures accurate amplitude measurement.
