The Tektronix MSO5204 is a 2 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope that simultaneously captures analog and digital signals with high fidelity and speed. It combines four analog channels with 16 digital channels, delivering real-time sample rates up to 10 GS/s on one or two analog channels, or 5 GS/s across all four. The 175 ps rise time and 2 GHz bandwidth enable precise measurement of fast transients and complex signal interactions. Engineers gain visibility into system behavior through Wave Inspector® controls and FastAcq™ technology, accelerating debug cycles on intricate designs.
