The Tektronix TDS460A is a 400 MHz, 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope engineered for design verification, production testing, troubleshooting, and signal analysis across power electronics, electro-mechanical research, and digital/analog applications. It combines 100 MS/s simultaneous sampling across all channels with 8-bit vertical resolution (expandable to 12-bit in Hi-Res mode) and flexible record lengths up to 120 kpts optional. The instrument captures transient events with 1.75 ns rise time and peak detect capability down to 10 ns pulse widths, while video triggering supports NTSC, PAL, SECAM, and custom formats with line rates from 10 kHz to 64 kHz.
