Operating at 10X attenuation with input capacitance of 3.9 pF, the probe minimizes capacitive loading on circuits under test while tolerating longer ground leads without compromising signal integrity. Its compact probe head and body design enables access to confined board areas and maintains clear line-of-sight to the device under test. The probe ships with multiple grounding options—two short and two long ground springs, plus a 6 in. alligator ground clip—alongside interchangeable tips including rigid, pogo, hook (regular and micro), and universal IC cap (3.8 mm).
