The Tektronix VX4223 is a VXIbus universal timer/counter module delivering precision measurement across frequency, period, time interval, totalize, ratio, pulse width, rise/fall time, and phase applications. Designed for integration into VXIbus systems operating under Slot 0 Resource Manager control and compliant with VXIbus System Specification Version 1.3, the module combines wide measurement ranges with flexible triggering and external reference capabilities.

• Input C (Option 01): 40 MHz to 1.3 GHz

Period Measurement
• Input A: 6.25 ns to 1700 s

• Separate Mode (A start, B stop): 5 ns to 800,000 s
