The Vicor VI-B62-CU is a full-brick power booster module delivering 200 W output at 15 V DC from a 300 V DC nominal input. Built on zero-current-switching power architecture, this module achieves up to 90% efficiency while maintaining exceptional power density of 50 W/in³ in a compact 4.6″ × 2.4″ × 0.5″ footprint. The VI-B62-CU addresses higher power output requirements in industrial and commercial systems, and synchronous arrays of multiple booster modules can deliver several kilowatts. Programmable output adjustment spans 10 to 110% of nominal voltage with integrated remote sense, logic disable, current limiting, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown. Operating temperature range is −25 °C to 85 °C with 3 kV input-to-output isolation. cURus, cTÜVus, and CE certifications validate compliance with safety and RoHS Recast Directive requirements.
