The Wiltron 360B is a precision vector network analyzer for S-parameter, gain, phase, and group delay measurements across microwave and millimeter-wave frequencies. It delivers up to 100 dB dynamic range with four independent display channels and supports both laboratory and production measurement workflows. The system accommodates a broad ecosystem of interchangeable test sets, calibration standards, and external signal sources, enabling detailed characterization of two-port RF and microwave devices from 40 MHz to 110 GHz depending on configuration.

– Key Features
Test Set Portfolio
Coaxial test sets span 40 MHz to 65 GHz with V male connectors. Reversing test sets (3612A, 3613A) and active device test sets (3622A, 3623A) accommodate passive and active component testing. Millimeter-wave modules (3640 Series) and 3635B test set extend capability to higher frequencies.
Calibration & Verification
Multiple calibration kits support SMA/3.5 mm, GPC-7, K, Type N, and V connectors. NIST traceable standards ensure traceability. Verification kits validate system accuracy.
Signal Sources
Dedicated sources cover 10 MHz to 18 GHz and 10 MHz to 40 GHz. Compatible with 6600B models and 360SS, 69000A, 68000B, and 69A family synthesizers.
Control & Storage
GPIB programming via Option 22. MS-DOS compatible 3.5-inch disk drive for data storage.
– Typical Applications
Component characterization, filter and amplifier validation, transmission line analysis, active device S-parameter extraction, and production acceptance testing of RF/microwave assemblies.
– Compatibility & Integration
System integrates external signal sources, modular test sets, and NIST calibration kits. GPIB control enables automated measurement sequences and system integration into test automation frameworks.
