The Yamato DKN400 is a programmable mechanical convection oven engineered for precise temperature control in laboratory and industrial settings. Forced air circulation delivers uniform thermal distribution across the 90 L chamber, while a PID microprocessor controller maintains ±1.0°C accuracy at 210°C. The system supports up to 15-segment, 30-step programs with auto start, auto stop, ramp, and soak modes—ideal for complex thermal profiles requiring repeatability and tight tolerance.

Technical Specifications

Internal capacity reaches 3.2 cu. ft. (90 L) with Type 304 stainless steel construction for durability and corrosion resistance. Temperature range extends from ambient +10°C to 260°C, achieving setpoint in approximately 60 minutes from ambient conditions. Temperature uniformity holds ±2.8°C at 260°C. The 3-character LED display provides real-time monitoring and program feedback.

Heater power is rated at 1.2 kW using iron-chrome or stainless pipe heating elements controlled via solid-state relay (SSR). Electrical requirements: 115 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 12 A. Interior dimensions measure approximately 17.75″ W × 15.75″ D × 15.75″ H.
