The Yokogawa CW240 is a portable clamp-on power analyzer for simultaneous measurement across multiple electrical systems. It measures up to four single-phase 2-wire systems or two three-phase systems, supporting SCOTT connections. The instrument captures instantaneous and aggregate power parameters—active, reactive, and apparent power; power factor; and phase angles. Voltage measurements span 150.0 V to 1000 V across selectable ranges. Current measurement extends from 200.0 mA to 3000 A depending on probe selection. Harmonics analysis covers the 1st through 50th order with THD-F and THD-R calculations for voltage and current. The analyzer detects voltage dips, swells, and instantaneous failures with time-stamped event logging. Waveform capture displays single-phase and three-phase voltage and current traces. Leakage current measurement via the 96036 probe achieves 0.002 A immunity at 400 A/m external field exposure. Internal memory stores 1 MB of data; external compact flash cards up to 512 MB support CSV export. Configurable logging intervals range from 1 second to 60 minutes. The CW240 serves energy audits, equipment diagnostics, and continuous power quality monitoring in industrial and commercial settings.
