Engineered for embedded systems requiring substantial computational capacity in a compact form factor, this VMEbus-based platform integrates dual-port SRAM, battery-backed real-time clock, and multiple serial communication interfaces alongside three Fast Ethernet ports and a PMC mezzanine slot.

Processor: Freescale MPC8270 PowerQUICC II at 450 MHz, delivering 855 MIPS maximum performance. Includes integrated SDRAM controller and Quad Integrated Communications Controller (QUICC) with RISC CPU and DMA channels for protocol handling.
