ADVANTEST R3273 Options 01 & 61 100Hz-26.5GHz Spectrum Analyzer

The Advantest R3273 is a spectrum analyzer engineered for signal characterization from 100 Hz to 26.5 GHz, with capability to 325 GHz using external mixer synchronization. Options 01 and 61 enable digital modulation analysis and cdmaOne-specific measurements, delivering one-button testing for modulation parameters across PHS, PDC, IS-136, DECT, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, IS-95, cdma2000, Bluetooth, and W-CDMA systems. The instrument provides measurement range from +30 dBm to average noise level, with dynamic range to -145 dBc/Hz in the 2 GHz band. Analog RBW spans 10 Hz to 10 MHz; digital RBW covers 1 Hz to 100 Hz with 1, 3, 10 step sequences. Frequency span accuracy is ±0.2% across all spans. The analyzer delivers up to 20 trace updates per second with zero span sweep capability from 1 µs to 1000 seconds at 40 or 1,000 point resolution. Input attenuation ranges 0 to 70 dB in 10 dB increments. At 26.5 GHz with 100 Hz RBW and 0 dB input attenuation, average noise level reaches -117 dBm. Option 01 supports multistandard modulation analysis with one-button parameter measurement. Option 61 adds I/Q baseband input for module-level cdmaOne signal analysis and Standard Item measurements for BS/MS configurations. The instrument operates horizontally and supports GPIB and RS-232 remote control. Operational environment requires stable temperature, vibration isolation, and 10 cm minimum clearance around air vents.
