The Agilent DSO80804A is an 8 GHz digital signal oscilloscope with 4 analog channels designed for high-speed signal acquisition and waveform analysis. It delivers real-time sample rates up to 40 GSa/s on two channels and 20 GSa/s across four channels, capturing fast transients and periodic signals with minimal aliasing. The instrument combines jitter performance—trigger jitter below 500 fs RMS and measurement floor below 500 fs—with the lowest vertical noise floor (less than 419 μV @ 5 mV/div, 13 GHz) for accurate characterization of RF and high-speed digital signals. Upgradeable to 13 GHz bandwidth, the DSO80804A supports demanding R&D applications in high-speed electronics.
