This ruggedized instrument combines a stainless steel probe body with hard, fracture-resistant plastic housing and a durable cable featuring a built-in wear indicator. Automatic probe identification configures the connected oscilloscope for correct attenuation without manual intervention, while field-replaceable accessory tips—hook, IC, and bayonet ground—adapt to diverse probing scenarios.
