The Agilent/Keysight 10475A is a 1.8V logic-level clock pod engineered for pattern generation and digital test applications. It connects to the 16720A and 1670G-004 pattern generators, providing clock distribution with programmable output delay and high-frequency switching capability. Each pattern generator requires a minimum of one clock pod; up to four data pods can be supported per generator. The 10475A delivers clock outputs via 74AVC16244 drivers and accepts both clock and pattern inputs at rates up to 200 MHz. Integration requires the Agilent 10498A lead set.
