The Keysight 1131B is an InfiniiMax Series probe amplifier delivering high-fidelity signal acquisition for electronic testing and design validation. This active probe amplifier minimizes loading on the Device Under Test while maintaining superior signal integrity across high-speed differential and single-ended measurements. As the RoHS compliant successor to the 1131A, it provides direct form, fit, and function compatibility with Infiniium oscilloscopes in the 2.5 to 3 GHz range.
