The Keysight 11713E is an attenuator and switch driver for automated RF and microwave test systems. It provides precise control of programmable attenuators and electro-mechanical or solid-state switches in both benchtop and ATE environments. The instrument delivers independent dual-bank output with user-configurable drive voltages, LXI Class C remote control, and full backward compatibility with the 11713C.
Technical Specifications
The 11713E controls up to 20 SPDT switches concurrently, or alternatively, up to 4 programmable attenuators and 4 SPDT switches simultaneously. It drives Keysight electro-mechanical and solid-state switches in continuous or pulse modes. The instrument accepts most market-available attenuators and switches, excluding 85331/2B solid-state switches and 8761A/B switches.
Power delivery is managed through an integrated tri-voltage supply providing +5 V, +15 V, and +24 V outputs. User-defined voltage supply up to 28 Vdc is supported. Total load current is limited to 3.4 A continuous across all contacts, with a maximum of <0.7 A per individual contact. Two independent output banks each feature independent voltage drive capability.
