The Keysight 44470A is a 10-channel analog multiplexer module designed for signal routing in automated test systems. It uses armature latching relays to switch signals up to 250V, 2A, and 60W (125VA) per channel to a common bus, supporting both single-channel break-before-make and multiple-channels-closed operation. With thermal offset below 3 µV per channel and closed-channel resistance under 1 Ohm, the module is optimized for precision low-level measurements. The removable screw terminal block simplifies wiring, while onboard provisions allow integration of attenuators or filter networks.
