The Agilent/Keysight 44472A is a dual 1×4 VHF multiplexer module that routes analog and pulse signals across two independent groups of four channels up to 300 MHz. Each 1×4 configuration provides isolated signal switching with 50 Ω characteristic impedance and BNC connectors for straightforward integration into test systems. The module delivers insertion loss below 0.5 dB at 30 MHz, scaling to 1.25 dB at 300 MHz, while maintaining exceptionally low crosstalk within each group (better than −100 dB at 30 MHz) and between groups (better than −85 dB at 30 MHz). Channel-to-channel matching keeps signal delay variation below 90 psec, and rise time under 0.7 nsec ensures fidelity for high-frequency measurements. VSWR remains well-controlled across the operating band, ranging from 1.06 at 30 MHz to 1.43 at 300 MHz. The closed-channel resistance is negligible at under 1 Ω, and DC isolation exceeds 10⁷ Ω.
