The Keysight DSO91308A Infiniium is an eight-channel high-performance oscilloscope/digitizer designed for demanding signal analysis in telecommunications, semiconductor testing, and research. It delivers 13 GHz bandwidth with real-time sampling to 40 GS/s across all channels, or 80 GSa/s on two channels, enabling accurate capture of complex waveforms for signal integrity and high-speed serial analysis.
