The Keysight DSOX1204G is a 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 1000 X-Series that combines measurement and signal generation in a single platform. This instrument delivers 70 MHz bandwidth (upgradeable to 100 MHz or 200 MHz) with 2 GSa/s interleaved sample rate and waveform update rates reaching 200,000 wfms/sec.
