The Keysight DSOX3022T is a 200 MHz, 2-channel digital oscilloscope built on the InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series platform. This instrument captures waveforms at up to 1,000,000 waveforms/sec with 4 Mpts memory depth and 5 GSa/s maximum sampling rate, enabling detailed analysis of complex signals. The 8.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with Zone touch triggering provides intuitive operation and rapid signal isolation.
