The Keysight M9186A is a PXI-based, isolated, dual-range voltage/current source module for automated test equipment (ATE) applications. This two-slot module delivers independent amplifier stages for low and high voltage ranges, enabling precise sourcing and measurement in automotive electronics and general electronic test environments. The integrated safety interlock protects DUTs during high-voltage operation, while 4-quadrant capability in the low range supports bidirectional sourcing.
