The Keysight N1000A DCA-X Wide-Bandwidth Oscilloscope Mainframe is a modular platform for precision high-speed signal analysis across optical and electrical domains. It delivers greater than 100 GHz bandwidth with equivalent-time sampling to 250 kSa/s, supporting concurrent measurement of up to 16 channels across data rates from 50 MBd to over 80 GBd. The system achieves intrinsic jitter as low as 90 fs RMS and noise floors to 275 µV, enabling characterization of complex modulation formats including NRZ and PAM4. Powered by FlexDCA software and an Intel i5 Quad Core processor with 8 GB RAM, the N1000A accepts optical, electrical, TDR/TDT, and S-parameter modules for application-specific configuration.
