The Keysight N1055A is an electrical remote sampling head module delivering TDR/TDT measurement capability for the 86100D DCA-X mainframe. This module enables fast, accurate impedance characterization and S-parameter analysis on high-speed interconnects through integrated step generation, sampling, and diode limiting circuits. Available in 35 GHz and 50 GHz bandwidth options with 2-port or 4-port channel configurations, the N1055A supports single-ended, differential, and common-mode stimulus modes.
