The Keysight N1092C DCA-M Sampling Oscilloscope delivers high-performance signal acquisition and analysis across one optical and two electrical channels in a compact, single-unit form factor. Purpose-built for optical transmitter compliance verification and waveform characterization, this instrument supports data rates from 8.4 through 64 GBaud, covering 10 Gbps through 400 Gbps applications.
