Built for demanding test environments, it combines low phase noise with wide dynamic range and analog modulation support. Fast switching times—under 1 ms for power-only changes and under 20 ms with attenuator shifts—enable rapid measurement sequences. Flexible sweep modes (step, manual, and analog) with phase-locked frequency steps from 1 kHz (0.1 Hz with Option 11) to full range support complex signal profiling. Step sweep accommodates 1 to 10,000 steps with dwell times from 1 ms to 99 seconds. Sweep switching completes in <15 ms + 1 ms per GHz step size or 130 dB with attenuator engaged.
